Benazir Taleemi Wazaif is a Conditional Cash Transfer Programe for the education of children of BISP active Kafalat beneficiaries up to higher secondary level. Through additional cash incentives, beneficiaries are motivated to enroll their children in schools and colleges, thereby discouraging the dropout rate by ensuring retention.  By 2025, the programe had been expanded in all districts of Pakistan.

 Eligibility Criteria

• To complete the registration, such women should immediately visit the nearest BISP office along with all the necessary documents of their children.
• Complete the registration and obtain an enrollment slip
• Get the enrollment slip filled out from the children’s school.
• And the children’s scholarship will be released as soon as the verification is completed.
• If a child’s school attendance is less than 70%, then the child’s scholarship will not be released.

Similarly, such women whose children have changed schools should also first go to the BISP office, obtain an enrollment slip, get this slip filled out from the new school, and submit it back to the BISP office.

Deadline And Important Notice

All women who want to get educational scholarships for their children in the October-December quarter must complete the registration process for their children before September 30. If the registration is not completed by the due date, the scholarship will not be available for that quarter, and they will have to wait for another three months. Similarly, for those women whose children have changed schools and have not yet obtained the enrollment slip from the new school and submitted it to the BISP office, if they do not do this before September 30, the scholarship for their children will also be suspended

So that they do not face any kind of difficulties in getting the scholarship.
