Benazir Taleemi Wazaif (Educational Stipends) is a Conditional Cash Transfer Programme under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). It provides quarterly financial assistance to children of BISP Kafalat beneficiaries to encourage school enrollment and reduce dropout rates across Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria for BISP taleemi wazaif
- Mother Must Be BISP Kafalat Beneficiary
- Only children of active BISP Kafalat beneficiaries are eligible
- Mother must be currently receiving the Rs. 13,500 quarterly Kafalat payment
- If not enrolled in Kafalat, mother must first register for BISP
- Child’s Age Criteria
- Primary School (Class 1-5): Ages 4-12 years
- Secondary School (Class 6-10): Ages 8-18 years
- Higher Secondary (Class 11-12): Ages 13-22 years
- School Admission
- Child must be admitted to any government or private school/college
- School must be registered and recognized
- Madrassas are eligible if they teach mainstream curriculum
- Valid Documents
- Child must have valid B-Form (Birth Certificate) or CRC (Computerized Registration Certificate)
- B-Form must be verified through NADRA database
- Mother’s CNIC must be valid (not expired)
- No Other Government Scholarship
- Child should not be receiving any other government stipend or scholarship
- Only one education support program per child

- Children whose mothers are not BISP Kafalat beneficiaries
- Children without valid B-Form/CRC
- Children not admitted to school/college
- Children receiving other government educational assistance
- Children who drop out of school
Stipend Amounts BISP taleemi wazaif
The government provides different stipend amounts based on education level and gender. Girls receive higher amounts to encourage female education and reduce gender gaps.

Complete Registration Process
Benazir Taleemi Wazaif registration requires in-person visit to BISP office. There is NO online registration available currently.
Pre-Registration Requirements
- Ensure Mother is BISP Kafalat Beneficiary

- If not enrolled, complete BISP Kafalat registration first
- Dynamic Survey must be completed before June 30, 2025
- Get Child Admitted to School
- Visit any nearby government or private school
- Complete admission process
- Obtain school admission slip
- Admission slip must be verified by teacher/principal
- Prepare Required Documents
- Mother’s original CNIC (valid, not expired)
- Child’s original B-Form or CRC
- School admission slip (verified by school)

BISP Payment Schedule & Collection
Benazir Taleemi Wazaif payments are distributed quarterly (every 3 months) throughout the year.
Typical Quarterly Schedule:
